Day Two, Whoops...

So yesterday i did brilliant, best first day on a diet ive ever had. Today started well, was going great, untill the dinner decision came up. We decided on curry. I had a chicken kurma and pilau rice, a popadom and a pashwari naan. i didnt realise how many calories those things had packed in them!

1,200 calories in one meal.

Not only do i feel ovely full, but im very disapointed in myself aswell. Looks like my calorie intake for tomorrow has dropped. I'm going to do some gardening tomorrow so hopefully that'll keep my mind away from food. I'm also going to try and go for a long walk around the local town on thursday after ive helped baby sit my friends children in the morning.

Heres hoping tomorrow is a better diet day!

dont drop your calorie intake for tomorrow !!!!!! stick to what youre daily intake should be to get your body in a regular routine f you make youre calorie unstable then your body wont know whether its coming or going, just make the calories today better ones lots of fresh fruits and veg maybe nuts drink lots of water add a little chilli flakes or spice to your dinner the heat will help diget alot quicker try skimmed milk instead of full fat. if you dont allow yourself a treat occassionally it will make it harder to stick to, 11 weeks in and i am ill after overeating now or eating high carb or dairy foods ! my body is starting to recognise the good foods from the bad and im getting less enjoyment from the bad foods. Plannign your meals and pre preparing meals is the easiest way to avoid temptation if youve had a busy day and then come dinner time you dont have enough time or feel up to cooking the easiest thing to do is go out or pick up the phone to order a takeaway or stick an unhealthy meal in the oven to cook itself. my fridge is just packed full of foods that take five ten minutes to cook that are healthy, take today for example i didnt have time to make lunch for work today so a qick salad selection and a few slices of smoked salmon just chuck the salmon in the mocrowave at work or eat cold dinner las tnight stir fry with turkey strips marinated in olive oil and chilli flakes. they were great meals cooked in little time at all :)

Good advice geemel , I have cut back calories if over eaten the day before and it just leaves you with no energy , and food craves for the wrong food. I will try the chilli flakes in some meals.
