Started tracking my calories today though and managed 1750....I can do this!!!!

Make sure you get the correct calorie allowance for you, Beanyboy, because 1750 is too low. You don't want to be hungry!

YOU CAN DO THIS!! I agree with moreless, 1750 is too low. if you are hungry, you will overeat. I also must clean out my fridge as there are leftovers I do not need! I also must start planning meals better as I usually eat on the fly. I recommend planning menus and cleaning out the fridge and cabinets. it will help you not eat something you might not otherwise choose on a healthier diet. good luck to you!
