week 19

Hi, the start of week 19 yesterday and back on the bus for me, weighed in at 73.8 kilos down just under a kilo. Eased up a bit on week 17, as I had a blood donor session mid week so ate more and exercised less.No change in weight that week. Now 5 more kilos to lose. Hope you all have a good week. :)

Hi Newpie. I admire people that donate blood (I am such a coward and have terrible fear of needles).

Great that you are sharing your experience. I am in my 18th week. The thing is, when I touch refrigerator door ready to make a serious diet breach I think of this blog community and I stop. So I am planning to hang around until I acquire strong long-term healthy habits.

keep going and keep posting :)
