For the first time in my life I'm struggling to control what I eat. I often struggle with not having the drive or energy to cook, but if I keep healthy snacks I'm usually fine. I love veggies, so if I have some carrots and cucumbers I'll happily grab that. Now, I only want junk. If I go to get a snack I only want chips or cookies. And even if I have carrots and such, I'll go without eating if we don't have the junk I want.
This has never, ever happened to me before! I've been the queen of satisfying my cravings with good food since I was a kid! When I crave sweetness I'll grab fruit or mint tea. When I want crunch I go for those easy raw veggies. When I really need carbs it's rice cakes. When I'm craving something greasy I go for fried Zucchini... is there a healthier greasy food? 🤔
Point is, I used to be able to eat healthy whenever, but now I can't deny my cravings and I'll go hungry rather than eat something I'm not craving. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes! I’ve had to really revisit my meals, particularly breakfast to make sure I’m not getting hungry enough to snack; I find if I can fill myself up enough at meal times I tend not to snack.
I'm really struggling to eat meals. I go into the kitchen because it's meal time and before I get there I'm already craving junk. I know I want a full dinner, I came into the kitchen planning on cooking, but once I think about the junk it's like that's the only thing that I can stomach. When I'm able to resist I end up feeling like I'm forcing myself to eat when I'm not hungry. Or I decide it's best to just go without. Idk, I've never had this problem before and I've been trying to find ways to over come out for months and it seems to just get worse. 😫
Same here, I find the cravings an absolute struggle and am my own worst enemy as I tend usually to give in to them so any weight loss I've managed is soon put on. I definitely know how you feel x
