Pcos and letrozole

Hi all,

My doctor prescribed me letrozole and she told me to start taking tablets from second day to 6th day

But if my periods will start at night then how to count the days or if my periods will start at evening... then how can i count my period days

Can someone guide me please, its very urgent

Hey I have just done 3 cycles of letrozole. I was told by my clinic that when you wake up with a full red flow that would be day one. So if you were to start this afternoon or evening tomorrow would be classed as day 1!
