Don’t think me rude. What size are you height and weight? What is your diet like? Do you know your blood type? When were you last on the pill? I don’t know if you can private message on this forum if you would prefer not to say publicly. The reason I ask is. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 17 years ago. Wanted to have children. 5.7” 11 stone. Read about it and spoke with doc. Looked back at past blood tests. Hadn’t seen this doctor before and she said that though my hormones had always fallen within brackets they were always just within. Went on low carb diet and lost a stone. Looked less swollen(strange). Went on the pill for three months to help balance hormones. Came off had daughter. Kept to healthy natural low carb(not no carb) foods. No symptoms between her and the the next child five years later. Now, if I have a month where I succumb to my sugar cravings I have bad pains when I ovulate. I have many friends with PCOS some mild some more severe who have all had children. Next door neighbour is currently pregnant(PCOS). I realise that it’s not one fit for all but sugar is our kryptonite.

Also try zinc, and vit c. Iron if you need it. Check first.

☹️Sounds as though you are doing all that you can. Would you consider the pill for a couple of months? Please don’t say that you’re giving up. Maybe just taking a break. I’ve worked with thousands of women who have had little miracles. Some many many years later when they least expected it(better late than never). Good luck!
