This is one of my biggest struggles with PCOS , its affecting my mental health. I feel as if there is not any support or anyone to talk to about what I am going through. I actively have to work on my mental health so it doesn't take over and not allow me to function. I was diagnosed with PCOS IN 2017 and was discharged with no follow ups and have only just seen an endocrinologist this year as I was experiencing really bad symptoms. I have gynaecology Issues too and the fear of not having children terrifies me.
