I m 35.. nearly going to be 36. I diagnosed with pcos 6 years ago. I don't have regular periods. Its been a year I don't get my period back .I am not on any kind of medication.I want to get pregnant. Its quite hard to lose weight for me but I do take healthier diet with excercise. What is the best thing I should do righy now as I m desperately want to get pregnant.

Go see a fertility specialist. Get some tests done., it may help to see if there is an issue.

I have already applied for that a year ago. But due to covid . I am still on their waiting list 😔

I've been to fertility, if there is no issues with hormones or bloods they will say... Loose weight (if you need to), healthy lifestyle food and exercise, sex 3-4 times a week, infolic or my insosital.. Relax! Good luck!

Have you tried the supplement myo-inositol. I’d recommend doing some research & taking that. X

What does you take? Did you see any improvements? I am more concerned about my irregular periods

My periods have never been regular. But taking my-inositol has shortened my cycles & made them slightly more ‘normal’

i cant help much as ive only just been diagnosed too, had no symptoms whilst on the combi pill but since finishing in novemeber no periods and piled on the weight.I've found the only way for me to lose weight is to be in a severe calorie deficit. I cross train 4-5 times a week 60min classes and bike ride 30+km once a week

eating wise - its sad :/ im having 100ml natural low fat yogurt with 150g fruit . Half a pot of fresh soup from supermarket for lunch and apple and banana, then dinner is chicken breast with salad only.

I;ve lost 2.5kg in 3 weeks so far and i have had a cople of bad days where we have been to restuarants.

I contacted my gp and been referredfor gynaecology which came through in 3 weeks and had first app already and about to start progestin for 7 days.

just contact them and chase up
