Hi there. I am a PT at pure gym. I worked with the client suffering from Pcos. You need to learn how to control your condition which is PCOS. I would recommend you diet and weight training. Avoid processed foods, sweets, sugar and fast digested carbs like bread and pasta. I think your gp should explain you that nutrition and fitness can help you reduce symptoms and what kind of food make it worse.
