Hi, I'm new here. I've suffered with PCOS for many years and have always struggled with my weight. It's fluctuated over the years but I can't seem to lose it this time and I'm at my heaviest. I've been told it may be linked to my PCOS. Does anybody have any advice about how to lose the weight and keep it off? Thanks

I am in the same boat.... every time I Google weight loss for pcos its saying a low carb diet is the one but its having the will power to stick to a low carb diet. I've heard the keto dieg is good to x
I know I really love carbs but I have been cutting down as much as possible. My weight is mostly around my stomach area and I find it really hard to lose around there x
I've recently been using the Second Nature lifestyle. It is a paid for service but I've lost over 10kg and it's stayed off! It's low carb but balanced.

Healthy diet, exercise, try Alpha Infolic as a supplement for PCOS, or ask your doc if they with prescribe metformin, that's supposed to help with weight loss. It made me ill but might work for you.
