I never bloat any more, used to and it was really uncomfortable. I found combinations of foods caused me to bloat.

Ive joined a Facebook group called PCOS Diet Support & 30 day challenge that starts end of the week. Her website (smartfertility) is very interesting. I had a diabetes test a few weeks ago and all ok but had an inflammation marker, she believes that inflammation makes pcos worse and the cause of it tends to be dairy so I am going to cut out dairy too. Loads of ladies have lost weight on their but also have flat stomachs too (I can never believe mine could be flat lol!!) so we shall see.... it is a free challenge BTW

Hi, that sounds really uncomfortable and it’s worth remembering that bloating and toilet issues can be a sign of lots of different problems, not just PCOS related. Bloating tends to be related to diet, rather than PCOS but it is really concerning you are going to the bathroom so frequently and think you really need to get this checked out ASAP.

All GPs allocate a certain number of appointments each day for ‘urgent’ problems. You often need to ask the receptionist for an ‘urgent’ appointment to get seen on the day. Otherwise, explain you are having concerning symptoms and book the next available appointment (even if it’s weeks away). Otherwise, submit a complaint or change GPs. Good luck!
