Stomach and back pain

Hi everyone.

I've been diagnosed with pcos for a few years now. I don't get my periods and only get a bleed if I take medication (Provera).

However I wanted to check if other people are getting bad period like cramps in your back and stomach and legs? It feels like when I usually get my period or bleed however I have not taken Provera and I am not getting a period. This has been going on for about 5 days. Pain killers numbs the pain a bit but not completely.

There's a constant dull pain there and at times I get a shooting pain down my legs.

And I'm not pregnant.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

I would be thankful for any advice.
