What are the best ways to tell if you are ovulating with pcos? I have irregular cycles that often have afew days spotting/bleeding in the middle around day 16ish at the time I think I should be ovulating?

Only accurate way is to take your temperature so look at fertilitfriends website. It also advises on signs to look for as you can ovulate without a period and having a period doesn't mean you are ovulating, so nice and straight forward!!

Thankyou! I will have a look! I am having periods and even sometimes have what seems like ovary pain mid cycle sometimes but still seems like I may not be ovulating .

We do tend to ovulate later than the norm so could be you are checking too early as well
