My doctor says it’s not a big deal not having a period. I’ve been on the pill for a years and I don’t want children so I struggle with “is it unhealthy or not”?
It’s been years since I had any bleeding. Sometimes I get cramps and mood swings. It’s sure nice never having to worry about it. I went traveling not long ago and I was in hostel with a lot of women and I actually got it. That was really interesting to me, I’ve heard that when a group of women spend a lot of time together their cycles sync.

mmm it is a combined pill so you have 21 days of pills and a 7 day break? As far as I am aware you should have a bleed on a combined pill (you can take the pill packets for 3 months on the trot which reduces the pcos symptoms so have less periods) you do need 4 periods a year to keep your uterus healthy. I am no expert on this pill or in general, just what I always had been told by GP's (It may be a different type of combined pill though)
