Hi, all
I would be grateful for any advice on which supplement to buy for my daughter. A lot of articles on line seem to be glorified adverts for the suppliers which is stopping me buying anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

I think its just inositol that is required - I agree I think some of them are just hyped up a bit - powder as well is supposed to be better so dont go for expensive tablets etc.
Hi my gynaecologist recommended Inofolic to me. It’s a powder with myo-inositol and folic acid. You take it twice a day with water first thing in the morning and before bed. It was about £80 for 3 months but you can buy smaller batches, they say you need to take it for 3 months to see any change. It makes the water taste slightly sweet so it’s easy to drink. If you go to Inofolic.org there’s loads of info x
I just buy myprotein inositol off amazon, seems to be cheaper than anything else. Also, d-chiro inositol is the type of inositol that's shown to be effective in alleviating PCOS a bit, but you'll probably want a combination. It's a pseudovitamin in the B range. Might want to consider getting a B12/Bcomplex supplement as well.
I use it in drinks to combat the sweet taste.
Hi Walfoh,
My GP recommended me inofolic as @Annah5 mentioned above. I feel this has helped me in terms of hair growth and control my weight more.
Hope this helped.
