Hi all got a Gynacoligy appointment next week on Thursday they said there only doing blood tests would they be able to put the coil in the same day they said they will but that’s only when I have my lap op , they said I can’t have the implant out yet it’s making my arm hurt 😔 it’s killing me I can’t do much with it because of the pain , my moods are really bad as well iam feeling sick all the time feel absolutely rubbish iam taking everything out on my partner! I want it out and I don’t really want the coil in but I don’t want to get pregnant yet , I need a period as well will I get a prescription for some tablets to force my periods?

I don't understand ?? They will only put the coil in when you have a laparoscopy ? The implant should be able to be taken out, and just use condoms for now, I don't understand why they are reluctant to remove the implant (I don't know much about it tho tbh except its a no no from a pcos point of view)
