Suffering since diagnosed

Hello, since been diagnosed with pcos i have really struggled with varies things:

- constipation and diarrhoea

- depression

- vaginal thrush

- minimal rectal bleeding after passing stools( not all the time)

Anyone else suffer since been diagnosed ? If so what have you done to help ect ??

Have u been to the docs yet? Definitely check it out if you haven't.. there could be something else involved.. but not to worry until doctors have done tests

Speek to your doctor! Rectal bleeding is something your doctors needs to investigate, however as sofia said there is no need to panic. With regards to having constipation and diarrhoea these could be linked with depression. It is amazing how much your mental health can affect your gut. After seeing the doctor and if they give you the all clear, then from my own experience seeing a nutritionist who specialises in neurological problems could really help you! The nutritionist could also be able to help with the thrush if it is all linked.
