What the best pain relief?

At work on my feet all day and the pain is unbearable!

I took a co-codamol but it makes me so tiered and doesn't get rid of all the pain

Pain relief is a subjective question what works for one doesn't work for others I'm afraid.

I use co codamol, I need a prescription only strenght as over the counter just isn't strong enough, if I need a little bit more then I use tramadol.

There are options for chronic pain such as various differnt types of anti epileptics and anti depressants that have been proven to help.

I also use a tens machine, which I find works well for my lower back pain and spasms.

What sort of pain is it? Is there a way you could modify your work so you can sit down or have brief respite from standing?

I had a scan Tuesday and they didn't find any cysts. So back to dr to see what the pain is. It might be Ibs but I'll see what dr says.

Thank you for your response
