As seen in previous blog, I filled the form in adding CSS at bottom of form for free prescription and received my free card today, it took about Two weeks, very pleased, saving me my monthly fee. GP's have the form and are required to sign it. Worth a try, Good Luck everyone.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

Well done alybill. I aked my GP about this, also my pharmacy, and they said that I wouldn't qualify as I don't have one of the exemption diseases, I have GPA. Also, I am not 60 years old!!

Happy Christmas and a healthier 2013 to you :-)

Hi JacquiM,

Churg Strauss Syndrome is not on the pick list but as I said I just added it at the bottom and the GP signed it and it was accepted. Perhaps you could persuade you GP or pharmacy to give you a form and give it a go. I too am not yet 60 years and have just been medically retired from work thats why I feel every little bit helps me. Good luck

Good luck JacquiM let the prescription make the decision, not your GP or pharmacy.
