I was DX with C-Anca GPA in 2017. My treatment was Azathioprine, Prednisone and Rituxan. I went through about 4 months of pain and suffering before I was DX as doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me. I can't remember if it was before my DX or after when I started on medicine that I began getting pimple like bumps on my face and my forehead. I went into remission in 2019 and stopped all meds for GPA but the papules are still there. When I went to see one of the doctors before I was DX, I had a bunch of little bumps on the back of my thighs that were identified as Petechiae. I don't think the ones on my face are Petechiae but I don't know what they are. They don't hurt or itch so I have not pursued trying to get them identified by a medical doctor but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced anything like this.

Not sure mine is the same issue but my skin hasn’t been the same since vasculitis and treatment, particularly after prednisone. If you can go to a dermatologist then perhaps do. I’ve attributed my skin changes to the prednisone mostly and I’ve got some permanent small and mostly unnoticeable pimples but also a lot more cherry angiomas. My veins are also a lot more visible, and whenever I come off prensuone I get eczema flares.
