I am a year now since being diagnosed with Vasculitis and the consultant says my condition is stable. I am on the usual meds like prednisolone and 2.5grams of mycophenolate amongst a host of others!
My problem at the moment is I’m getting loads of skin tags and warts. I mean hundreds of them. They are around my eyes and on my chest mainly. Is anyone else having the same issue and what do you do about them? I’m presuming they are a side effect rather than anything to do with the Vasculitis.
Thanks
Dave

I have them too. I put them down to being immune suppressed for many years. If you are concerned about them or they are bothering you have a word with your GP.
Hi, I thought it was just me, but have had loads pop up since being diagnosed in 2016, mainly on my legs and back! This is the illness which keeps on giving 😂.
I am being very successfully treated with Cyrotherapy, at no cost to me, for 'growths' (tags, warts, fatty lumps+) at my local medical centre. The treatment stings when being applied but I have no discomfort afterwards. Treatment for each 'growth' is very brief . I will return, about every 3 weeks, till all the growths are gone. The secret is to catch them when they are just starting to grow. I can tell this is happening as the new growth location is itchy!
I get these pop up too. Sometimes they pop up and go and some of them have hung around for over 6 months. I assumed it was HPV activation or something similar due to being immune suppressed (I believe most warts are HPV related). I had one cyst that disappeared but went to a dermatologist for it as the GP thought it might me skin cancer.
