Hello to all fellow vascy people who might have read my previous posts.
I am now steroid free and have been able to reduce MF to 1000mgs/day (also a stone lighter in weight.. 9st.5lbs) Still in remission and feeling so much better and energised, my BP is normal if a little on the low side 105/60 and cholesterol normal too (I truly think the high dose steroids caused both to be high....but if one needs to take them then so be it and I was grateful to be treated and avoid GPA damage to organs at the time) Still struggling to give up the smelly fags but make myself smoke outside and I am hoping to be allowed to take Champix as I know of quite a few people who have been able to stop after a course of them. I know... 'will power' is all I need...but I think mine is turned off !!
