Test results... Help please!

Hi everyone,

I've been suffering from what feel like hyperthyroid symptoms for a couple of years now. Excessive sweating, feel very hot, headaches, blurred vision. I've had blood tests carried out but don't know a great deal about what the results show. Can anyone see if anything looks unusual?

Thyroglobulin Antibody <10.0 IU/mL 0-115(Negative)

Method used for Anti-Tg: Roche Modular

Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies 8.9 IU/mL <34 (Negative)

Method used for Anti-TPO: Roche Modular

Well, I would say you're definately not hyper with those labs. TSH too high (never mind the range, it's rubbish); FT4 (thyroxine) way too low, not even mid-range; FT3 just above mid-range, room for improvement there. I would say you're hypo. But not Hashi's as far as these labs go.

Thanks for your help. Hopefully I'll get to the bottom of it as I feel terrible at the moment. I've got an appointment with a rheumatologist coming up so maybe they'll know what the problem is. At the minute it just seems to get worse as the day goes on, and the stomach pain is a nightmare!
