Lowering temps

Hi

My temps have dropped to around 35.7 recently. I was stablished on around 36.2 on most days but since upping my Nutri adrenals and my erfa my temps have dropped. I don't feel any worse but do wonder why I'm going in the wrong direction. Any ideas what might be going on?

I'm taking 2 nax, 4 na and 2 erfa a day. I'm not sure what causes temps to drop like that. I thought by taking more erfa they would have gone up! Lol x

My temps have dropped too even though I'm on my highest dose of armour so far. Maybe it's just the cold weather?? xx

Oh right, not just me then Clare! What are yours then? Mine was 35.0 last night :0(

I've just sent back my 3rd diary to dr p and mentioned it so maybe he'll inform me why this is happening x
