6pm/dinner Provera progesterone tablet (12 days a month)
7pm / magnesium complex daily (and folate if I remember)
11pm T4
I don't eat between 7pm-and 11. 30am.
Or an hour or so minimum either side of my T3 where possible.
Do I have any time in the morning to add in a D3 capsule without it effecting my T3?
( as my mum bought be some gel capsules, shame to waste )
I stopped my B12 complex due to thinking it was causing acne and then acne cleared up when I stopped. In place of the complex, I've been taking a B12 spray and separate Jarrow folate as my folate woefully low, but I've not been taking it consistently. What time is it best to take the folate tablets with my existing schedule? Also, is this really enough, or should I try restart a different B Complex again? If so where do I slot it?
Do I really need selenium or fish oils? I used to take but have slacked off recent months.
Am I missing anything important ...any tweaks needed to make it more efficient ?
Thankyou in advance!

I take folate and B12 together, again if it were me I’d stick to 8am
I also take my T4 and T3 together in one go in the morning. I have more consistent energy all day than when I split the dose.
I would pop the fish oils with dinner.
Only rules I worry about…
Keep food away from Levo 1 hour
Keep magnesium away from Levo 4 hours
Keep iron away from Levo (take heme instead and leave 4 hours)
Some need selenium some don’t, I supplemented for 12 months and GP tested and I was over range without symptoms. Took 3 months to drop back into range. Best to test.
Fish oils with dinner- personal choice, quality and environment concerns etc I didn’t notice a difference with it without.
Personally I leave2 hours from most things from Levo to maximise my chances of absorbing, take T3/T4 at 6 eat at 7.15 to 7.30 and take Bs and Zinc about 8.30 I take D drops at bedtime.
As your D is an hour after T3 this would be fine for me too, I find T3 is less fussy than T4
