Ok thank you for your reply, I’ve had 2 iron infusions before Christmas in December my ferritin was 63 and iron 7 so I continued iron supplements but it the iron has increased to 30 and my ferritin went to 27 so I’m continuing iron supplements. Yes I’m trying gluten free and reduced dairy in diet. My b12 is 800 and vitamin d 103. I’m taking multivitamins
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
T3 ….day before test split T3 as 2 or 3 smaller doses spread through the day, with last dose approximately 8-12 hours before test
I feel okay on it, I do seem to get weird dreams but not every nite. I have bit more energy since starting Thybon and low dose naltrexone and feel that I’m not as dopey and tired. Although I did have a salivary cortisol test and it shows low cortisol levels and I’ve commenced adrenal cortex in last two weeks so hopefully all works out.
