Do you know your FT3? Antibodies?

Just had a quick look at your previous posts. Have you managed to get any blood test results and ranges so people can advise you other than those on this post?

Have you gone gluten free too as you’ll find it’s a huge help

Sorry I quickly edited my comment after I read your previous posts.

Most surgeries still don’t test FT3 unfortunately. Do you know if they’ve tested your antibodies or if they’ve said you have Hashimoto’s / autoimmune thyroiditis? Have you been referred or seen by and Endocrinologist?

They may have been done. Did you ask for all test results or just thyroid ones from May?

I know with my surgery they’re difficult so I have to insist and chase them all being printed off. Or sometimes GP’s don’t know enough about hashimotos or hypothyroidism to test effectively to treat you.

If not then seeing an Endocrinologist or on your previous post I think Admin commented on what tests you need that would help.

I’m sure someone else will offer advice soon.

I’m sure one of the more experienced members and admin will help you as best they can.

I’m limited as the FT3 is missing and vitamin levels which would help me to give you some advice if maybe only limited.

Thank you anyway

If you feel well, that's fine. If not, you need a 25mcg increase. Most people feel well with a TSH under 1, and free t4 and free T3 in the top quarters of their ranges. Would be easier to tell if you had a free T3 result as that is the most important measure.
