These are my latest results and am wondering what people think please.
I am still trying to get my T3 dose correct and currently taking T4 100mcg and T3 12.5mcg morning & 25mcg in the afternoon.
I feel much better but just wondering what others think. NHS Blood test didn’t test for vitamin levels but I take biotin, b12, vit D, & magnesium. As well as HRT.

Hmmm... that's a hefty dose of T3 when only 4 months ago you were on 150mcg Levo only, your fT3 results weren't that bad at 5 something then so I'd have thought you have missed your sweet spot, I wouldn't be surprised if just a small amount of T3 (5mcg) added to maybe 125mcg of T4 would have done the trick
Thanks for your response Tigger. Yes I was on 150 Levo and T3 12.5 mcg but was still very fatigued come the afternoon needing to sleep as exhausted. Which is why I started tweeking my does. I guess in my mind I’m thinking of eventually trying T3 only. I took last Levo and T3 24hrs before blood test
Ok, so looks like you've missed your sweet spot, even when you find it it can take months to gradually improve and recover, over replacing makes you feel equally awful.
Were your previous result done with the same 24 hour gap? If so it would suggest 15mcg T3 would be more than enough to increase and stick with for at least 8 week
Leaving a 24 hour gap between your dosing to test gives a false reading, lower than it would be on a 'normal' day, ideally always test under the same conditions to make results comparable
If your last dose of T3 was 24 hours before the blood draw then you have a false 'low' FT3 - it is actually a lot higher than that. The recommended gap is 8 to 12 hours.

Did you stop biotin 5-7 days before test ?
You need to test folate, B12, vitamin D and ferritin at least annually
IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 5-7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results
In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg) and continue separate B12
Free T4 (fT4) 11.3 pmol/L (7.9 - 16)
Ft4 only 42.0% through range
So as well as Ft3 being too high
Likely Ft4 is possibly too low
You may eventually need a SMALL increase in Levo - eg 112.5mcg 4 days a week and 100mcg 3 days
