Please accept my apologies if this question is off topic to this forum. A recent blood test shows that my Phosphate is slightly below range (see attached photo). My daily diet consists of eggs, chicken, milk and fish. I also supplement magnesium, Vit D, Vit C, Selenium and a few others to support my thyroid as I am currently on Levothyroxine. Should I be concerned about my low level of Phosphate?
Thank you for reading and any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Dietary deficiencies in phosphate are rare but may be seen with alcoholism and malnutrition. Low levels of phosphate (hypophosphataemia) may also be due to or associated with:
Hypercalcaemia (high levels of calcium), especially when due to high levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH)
Overuse of diuretics (drugs that encourage urination)
Severe burns
Diabetic ketoacidosis after treatment
Hypothyroidism
Hypokalaemia (low levels of potassium)
Chronic antacid use
Rickets and osteomalacia (due to Vitamin D deficiencies)
I have just done a hair mineral analysis test. Results and interpretation can be very different from blood results. I have also previously tested bloods for Selenium, Zinc and Copper levels.
I know from previous blood results that if my Selenium falls, my zinc goes up. It is often posted that zinc and copper are "on a see saw", and if one goes up , the other will fall.
I think it might be the case that because you are supplementing Selenium, zinc has fallen and copper has risen.
On a hair test, if phosphorus is below range, low zinc and possible hidden copper toxicity (if present) need corrected. The calcium/phosphorus ratio in a hair test is related to thyroid and adrenal stress.
