Hi all.Latest blood test.

Tsh..0.011 (0.35-5.5)

T3..6.05 (3.1-6.8)

T4..20.00 (11.9-21.6)

TPO. 34.0 (14.7)

Anti-Tg 115.0 (439)

I'm just wondering if I should reduce either my t3 or t4. I, ve been very shaky the last few weeks and very tense, which I'm sure is something to do with my neck really aching,I feel on edge all the time. Not sleeping to well either..

What dose levo / T3 were you taking for 6 wks before this test ?

can you confirm last dose levo was 24hrs before test ,,and last dose T3 8-12 hrs before test ?

your symptoms could suggest that your overall dose is a bit too much , so reducing dose for a couple of months to see how it feels is a good idea . but whether to reduce levo or T3 probably depends on the answers to the above.

I would experiment with reducing levothyroxine dose a SMALL amount

Perhaps by 25mcg PER WEEK initially

So one day a week cut your 100mcg into 1/2 and 2 x 1/4 and take 3/4 of tablet

Save spare 1/4 for the following week in a weekly pill dispenser

Retest in 8-10 weeks

I'd reduce the levo a bit, if I were you. Your FT4 is very high and that's not good long-term. Reduce that, wait 6 weeks and retest and see what happens.
