was test early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test?

Results show you are likely ready for next increase in Levo to 112.5mcg daily

But if you prefer to wait and retest again in a further 6-8 weeks

Meanwhile very important to be working on improving Vitamin levels

very low vitamin B12 and vitamin D

B12 IS 312 [180-900]

I thought you were supplementing a separate B12 and daily vitamin B complex

Aiming to improve B12 to at least 500 minimum

What vitamin supplements are you taking

VITAM D3 18.86]30-100]

How much vitamin D are you taking

are you also taking separate magnesium supplement in afternoon or bedtime (at least 4 hours away from levothyroxine)

journals.lww.com/njcp/fullt....

In hypothyroid patients with decrease in serum FT4concentration, there is a significant increase in CK and LDH activities, which indicates that these can be used as parameters for screening hypothyroid patients and to lesser extent hyperthyroid patients.

Poor temperature control is hypothyroid symptom

Sweats, especially at night linked to low B12

When hypo adrenals try to compensate for low thyroid levels……so living off adrenaline…..tired but wired

This should improve as vitamin levels increase and when you get next dose increase in levothyroxine

You probably wont feel well or benefit from from levo untill your vitmain d and B12 are much better.
