Help please

Hi could someone please give some advice on my recent test results from medicheck? For comparison I have added my thyroid results taken via my GP surgery last December, result was TSH 0.40 M/IU/L (0.27-4.2).

I have started to feel quite out of sorts e.g over heated, low energy, headaches so had a blood test done with medicheck. A few years ago I became over medicated and was quite unwell for a while, so i’m wondering if how i’m feeling is related to being over medicated again. I am 68, 5.2, 58k in weight. I take the equivalent of 85mg Levo daily.

The medicheck results are:

TSH 1.270 mIU/L (0.27-4.2

Free T3 3.3 pmoI/L (3.1-6.8)

Free Thyroxine 15.0 pmoI/L

CRP HS 1.720 mg/L (Range 3)

Ferritin 47.90 if/L ( range 30-332)

Folate serum 115.nmoI/L( range 7)

Vit D 113.0 (range 50-250)

Thyroglobulin Antibodies 21.30kIU/L (range 0-125)

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies 20.8kUI/L (range 0-34)

I would welcome any advice.

Looks far more likely that you are under replaced...

Free T4 (fT4) 15.7 pmol/L (12 - 22) 37.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 3.3 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 5.4%

T4:T3 Ratio 4.758 

Is your folate really 115???

I see that you take 600mcg over 7 days so I'd suggest increasing to 100mcg per day and test again in 6-8 weeks

What dose were you on last time you were over replaced?

Do you have a B12 result?

I can’t remember what dose to be honest. My B12 is 150pmoI/L
