Newest blood results - Need advice

Last post I was on 150mcg, TSH 1.8, FT4 19 (11-23), and FT3 5.6 (3.4-5.9)

- Still felt awful, coming down from 225mcg severe overmedcation

- Based on the FT3, NEW DOC lowered to 137.5mcg (bodyweight dosage for me)

- Prescribed Zoloft (was never anxious or depressed, and said this)

- Many told me to wait, since my TSH was creeping up on that same dose (0.6 to 1.8 as I kept waiting) tattybogle - that was a great call, but doc insisted (I used a diff lab there)

CURRENT: Doc lowered me anyways, and after 9 weeks on 137.5mcg - TSH 6.39 / FT4 12 (9-19) / FT3 4.4 (2.6-5.8)

- She put me right back to 150mcg, with agreed on goal of TSH below 2 (waiting 3 months or so each blood work)

- still experiencing awful fatigue and brain fog, so she prescribed MODAFINIL which slightly helps. Just a temporary band-aid until thyroid is stable

- muscle weakness is improving as I continue to wait on lower doses since it was a hyper symptom (WIN!) and I do feel slightly better than a few months ago, I can confidently say.

- Got off Zoloft since I am not depressed and that is not the cause of my symptoms - did a questionnaire test for doc to confirm that

I am noticing it is taking me MUCH longer than the 6-8 week mark to have accurate TSH on a dose after severe overmedication.

It is also taking me MONTHS to notice any symptom change after overmedication. After 6 months, I finally noticed less muscle weakness, and overall feeling slightly better (even at tsh of 6, so overmedication likely the culprit of symptoms).

The LONGER I wait, the more my TSH increases, as I was on 200mcg for years so suspect I need to slowly work my way up as the blood work supports it (felt great with tsh between 1-2, not lower!)

We ruled out anything else, as I suspected:

Ferritin - 301 (22-334)

B12 - 589 (>221)

Vitamin D - 120 (76-250)

Free testosterone - 479 (160-699)

Do you have any advice or anything to add? I think I have a solid plan, but would love new sets of eyes. Thanks a ton.
