well had my blood work done 8-20-24 what do you fine people think of my results. Do I need improvement or am I looking good. Free t3 2.20-4.00 pg/ml my value 3.60 free t4 0.76 - 1.46 my value 1.01 my tsh 0.01 at the bottom. I was thinking I could add 5mcg of liothyronine for the up coming winter.

Are you only taking T3? How much are you taking?. Your close to the top of the range now. Your TSH is suppressed as to be expected.

T4 is ok if you’re not taking much otherwise you could boost the t4. Do you feel the need for more T3? You don’t want to overshoot the top of the range. Are your hormones prescribed or self sourced?
