Theresa72,

FT4 and FT3 are low in range. A dose increase would raise both which may improve symptoms and reduce hair loss.

Cortisol is high in range but I don't know whether that is good, bad or indifferent.

Do you think i should go to 100mg like she was going to prescribe me but she forgot she told me 88 over the phone

I also still have symptoms of very cold fingers to where they turn on and I can't warm up so I'm sure that's part of low thyroid

Theresa72,

If you are taking 88mcg now then there is scope to increase to 100mcg.

Being cold is a hypothyroid symptom but is also commonly a female thing. My hands and feet, nose and ears remain freezing even though I'm optimally medicated.

Theresa72,

I don't know anything about Cortisol. I noted that your Cortisol is high in range but I don't know, and didn't say, that it is too high.

When were these tests carried out Theresa72 ? Only last night you said you were going to book an appointment - was that to get tests done or pick up results?

Have you done anything yet about vitamin and mineral tests? It's been suggested a few times that you get a Blue Horizon test done to test your antibodies and vitamins and minerals. It's important to know your ferritin to see if it's connected with your hair loss.
