What is best time to take adrenal context? Post major surgery thyroid, para thyroid & cortisol results. Steroids

hi everyone

cortisol is 125 range(185-624) 9am cortisol

parathyroid is 2.3 range (1.3-9.3)

thyroid results in picture above.

I have just had very major vascular compression surgery in Germany on both left kidney veins. I am 5 weeks post surgery.

I have been on steroids for a year due to pericarditis but finally got myself down to 5mg just before surgery.

I feel terrible, obviously from the surgery but it is more the severe fatigue. I can’t function properly can hardly get out of bed.

I think this is more cortisol related.

Please note ALL my vitamins were checked, they are all very low understandably so I am supplementing again now. So I know this will really not be helping. My electrolyte levels are good as I drink electrolytes all day.

Any input on thyroid and cortisol would help.

I am currently on 50mcg of t4 (tirosint) and 1 1/4 grains of armour.

Also going to start taking Thorne adrenal cortex again. What time of day is best to take this? I take steroids around 9am.
