primary hyperparathyroidism/Hashimoto's at same time....!!!

Does anyone have any info concerning above I have both and my latest test results says suggestive PHPT my bone scan says osteopenia am still not on enough levo for the Hashimoto's and am living a nightmare at present . my adjusted calcium is not high enough to warrant a scan om parathyroid according to end though i have every symptom of both diseases and am constantly peeing and nauseous .

also my pth is in range and my t3 t4 are pretty low but tsh normal range though i usually ignore tsh.

am suffering badly and also worried about the fact that my pthrp was raised .if anyone can give me any help and advice i would it would be most appreciated you can mesg me or reply here .
