Hello, new results are

TSH is 0.06 (0.27-4.2)

T4 21.7 (12-22) and

T3 5.4 (3.1-6.8).

Currently taking 100mcgs levothyroxine 3 days a week and 75mcgs the other 4 days.

No new vitamins done since last time when ferritin, vitamin d and b12 all low. have not been taking b12 for last 2 weeks as just had an MMA test done to see if issues with B12. New vitamin tests due in a few weeks

How are you feeling? Any adverse symptoms remaining?

Hi, Ive been adding in the 100mcgs slowly since April. I still feel awful - fatigued, lethargic, heart palpitations, shortness of breath but am wondering if this is to do with my B12 - decreased from 68.9 to 60.7 from february to may despite supplementing.

Also still trying to get ferritin and vitamin d levels up so not sure if my symptoms are related to these and if theyll go away when they are raised.

When I optimised key thyroid vitamins, many of my adverse symptoms were alleviated. I would focus efforts on maximising these.

was test done early morning, ideally before 9am, only drinking water between waking and test and last dose Levo 24 hours before test

And day before test 75mcg (rather than 100mcg)

Yes it was at 9am and last 75mcgs 24 hours before test and fasting.
