Hello again, just wanted to check this out with people as I do get quite tired in the afternoon and need to rest. Is this anaemia and so do I supplement with iron? Is there a good one for people with hashimotos?I have been told I have weak digestion and I feel I don't absorb things like iron very well. This is why they wanted to check for coeliac but I couldn't eat gluten for more than two days as I got very constipated and felt awful. They said it's probably non coeliac gluten sensitivity.
Is this usual for hashimotos peeps?

If you have 'weak digestion', it's probably because you have low stomach acid - most hypos do. Raise your stomach acid level and your digestion and absorption of nutrients will greatly improve. Then you'll know more about gluten-sensitivity as it might concern you.
I'm afraid I'm not on my computer at the moment, and can't remember the name. But, if you google low stomach acid, you'll find quite a few articles on the subject that will tell you what to take.
I have had an amazing lift from taking a compound containing phosphate.
An unbelievable energy and brain fog improvement. T3 made me feel terrible. I thought it was going to have a life changing effect. Phosphate has done it instead.
