Thybon Henning 20mcg tablets are cheapest option

Cutting tablets in 1/4’s to get 5mcg

Use sharp craft scalpel or pill cutter (mop up any crumbs with damp finger)

Currently 60-80p per tablet

Typical eventual daily dose is 15mcg per day (3 x 5mcg) or 20mcg per day (2 x 10mcg or 10mcg and 2 x 5mcg)

Available via specialist pharmacies
