I am not going mad the swelling gone down massively within the first 2 days. Yuppeeeee yippeeee yay yay yay thank you šŸ™

Swelling better in legs ā€¦ !!!! Yay yay yay not gone but better on Teva rather than Roma capsules

Please please advice

1. Magnesium glycinate I started taking at night but can I take it near t3 ? As would like to take my 5htp with magnesium now - spaced between afternoon and evening - I canā€™t find research on it .

2. stomach paralysis has started again with zero appetite and exhaustion I presume thatā€™s low thyroid again? I have asked for a retest .

Iā€™ll write later Iā€™m totally exhausted but wanted to say a huge thank you for support .

Hi apparently you can't take magnesium close to levothyroxine so I assume it's the same with T3 but I don't really know for sure.

The best way to take magnesium for maximum absorption is transdermally. It's not absorbed well through the digestive system especially if you have issues with digestion. Magnesium lotion, body butter, etc are available from Ancient Minerals, Better You or if you have trouble sleeping Sweet Bee Organics make one with lavender oil added. Rub the lotion/butter on your legs and feet at night and you'll sleep like a log. It's great for restless legs too. The other way is a foot bath with magnesium flakes. 20 minutes daily gives you great skin on your feet and boosts your magnesium levels. Better You sell a great little inflatable foot bath as well.
