Blood results help please

I've received my latest blood results are a year of my thyroid levels returning to normal without treatment.

Today's results are attached. The 1st is serum free t3, 2nd results is serum free t4 and final result is serum tsh.

Doctor has marked these as acceptable but would be grateful for advice please.

Previous post shows you have Hashimoto’s

Are you currently taking any replacement thyroid hormones

You need to retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Have you had coeliac blood test

If not get tested before trialing strictly gluten free diet

I'm not on any medication at all and gp has said the results are acceptable so no further action. I'll request further bloods again for the above. Thank you
