Vitamin K2 - oil

I've been using Vitamaze Vitamin K2 but I need to order a replacement and it's out of stock.

What other K2 products are people using? I don't want one with Vitamin D in it. I liked the oil version. Darn it!

Nutri Advanced do a liquid version.

Or maybe consider capsules, Vitality do an all-trans capsule

amazon.co.uk/Vitality-Biore...?

I don't take my Vitamin D every day. I use a prescription high strength capsule twice a week in winter and once in summer. With those I was taking 10 drops of the oil with each capsule.

The Vitality capsules are 1 a day, that wouldn't fit. Would the Nutri Advanced oil be the same dose-wise as the one I'm just finishing off? 10 drops with a dose of Vitamin D?

What dose are your capsules? 90-100mcg K2-MK7 is enough for up to 10,000iu D3.

Nutri Advanced gives 90mcg per half a dropper ( 0.5ml) or 180mcg per full dropper. There is no information about how much K2 is in 1 drop.

I believe Vitamaze is 20mcg K2-MK7 per drop, so 10 drops give you 200mcg, that is the same as 1 x Vitality capsule.

The Vitality capsules are 1 a day, that wouldn't fit.

Presumably you take the Vitamaze on the days you take your D3? So why would you do any different with a capsule? Just take the K2 on the days you take the D3 if that's what you're doing now.
