Good Morning, im thinking of doing blood tests i was looking at Medichecks one to look at overall health there is a advanced womans health check up for £127 was £159 it looks good to me with their Drs comments but looking at some reviews Medichecks might not be the best one to use ive had thyroids, folate, ferritin, done by my gp recently but no complete blood count tests done or vit d or iron panels could do with checking magnesium before i supplement im post menopause so im not sure what tests i need for overall health cant get app at Gp for a yearly blood test check up any advice appreciated !

Medichecks do a full iron panel test

Test early morning, only water between waking and test. If taking iron…Stop iron supplements 5 days before test.

not a lot point testing magnesium

Very unreliable test

If you’re taking vitamin D generally recommended to also take a separate magnesium….in afternoon or evening at least 4 hours away from Levothyroxine
