Just had a broad spectrum blood test as I still feel like I have just been dug up from the local cemetery … Everything seems fine (Liver, kidneys, B12, adrenals, they even mentioned my bones) … But I (As most of us poor lot do) feel like crap, and utterly fatigued .. Now I’m looking into some stuff like sourcing my own B12 injections (If you can of course) .. I then came across Sulbutiamine whilst looking under the general search ‘Thyroid’ on the website where I source my T3 from. Apparently it can help with fatigue in patients with MS for example …. Anyone ever used it? Did you feel any benefit from it? I’d be very interested in your experiences.
Anyone tried Sulbutiamine to help with fatigue ... - Thyroid UK

No, but thank you as I had never heard of it before!

Did you get Total B12 or Active B12 tested? The results can be quite surprising. Active B12 measures the amount of free/active B12 available to the cells. Total B12 measures the total of bound and unbound/free B12. You can have a decent Total B12 level but poor Active B12 level.
If you want to source your own B12 injections then pop over to the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum here on HealthUnlocked as there are some members there that do just that.
