There might be one more post I've forgotten. Tonight I've got iron results. I'm thinking that ferritin is low?

I do: liver weekly and liver supplements, oysters, cast iron pan, spatone iron water (taken with orange juice), red meats.

I'm not an expert on iron but it looks to me like you have plenty of iron yet not optimal ferritin (iron stores). Optimal ferritin level for thyroid hormone use is said to be 90-100 so thats what you should be aiming for.

You might be better drinking the orange juice with your liver meal, chicken livers have the highest iron content, and increasing to having liver 2 times a week. You could make chicken liver pate.
