Helvella, thank you! I had forgotten about the Chingkerrs calculator, (despite having it bookmarked 😆). Would it seem too ungrateful to ask if it can be modified to include fT3 ÷ fT4 calculation so that it can be used in conjuction with Midgley et al's research: 'variation in the biochemical response to l-thyroxine therapy and relationship with peripheral thyroid hormone conversion efficiency '?

Just trying to reply quickly - did you read the previous discussions with  Decant and others about what might be desirable enhancements?

I'm happy for people to reply here but might well delete replies at some point.

This was intended to simplify and not digress into details discussions!

Oops, sorry to digress! No I haven't read the previous discussion with Decant et al I got an email notification that you had posted and came straight to this post. I could easily spend all day on Healthunlocked, unfortunately the demands of life get in the way!
