attached is my full thyroid panel from randox. different lab so i guess cant compare, but my tsh has really dropped. 2.91 when i was pregnant/about to miscarry, and now 2.17 (2w4d after the miscarriage). does that suggest my thyroid struggles when pregnant?

thank you as always ❤️

So antibodies are negative. They do vary though and one negative test doesn't mean they are always negative. You could restest them in a few months to check again.

TSH does vary throughout the day and for other reasons. Were both tests taken at the same time of day?

It's possible that your thyroid may struggle during pregnancy as the body does require more thyroid hormone when carrying a baby. When you get pregnant again I would recommend testing thyroid levels as soon as you know you are pregnant.

Yes both soon after waking about 830-9, this time I hadn't taken a biotin supplement (well my multi vit that had biotin and iodine in). I actually haven't taken that since my first post here so it's been a good while.

Thank you, that's definitely sound advice

I cannot answer the thyroid question, but just to say I am so sorry for the miscarriages, and sending you a hug.

Thank you for sharing your journey. It seems we are on very similar journeys. Something my GP told me was similar to what  Jaydee1507 has shared above, which is that during pregnancy there is extra demand on the thyroid and it can struggle. The GP also shared that it could resolve after the pregnancy.

Fingers crossed you have a positive story to share soon xx

I think that might be the case for me, and I hope they agree to keep monitoring my levels. Thank you! ❤️

Have you had TPO antibodies yet? Not that I am at all clear on these matters and I am still very much learning.
