I saw a vitamin B12 spray in Holland and Barrett the other day. I found it on their website and the customer reviews were good. Has anyone here tried it?

I have the Better You B12 spray, no idea how well it works but it's the only one I can tolerate.
I use the Better You B12 spray.
I used it for around 8 months but recently stopped taking it for a couple of months only because I kept forgetting to buy it and U went away on holiday!
1 bottle lasts me just over a month so I think it's good value for money considering it's the "better" methylcobalamin which is easily absorbed through the mucosa (hence spraying it under your tongue and holding it there for as long as you can).
I have just recently started taking it again and a recent B12 test showed:
Vitamin B12 553...... Deficient <140 pmol/L
Insufficient 140 - 250
Consider reducing dose >725
At the beginning of the year my score was around 190 so there was definitely room for improvement.
It also tastes yummy, as other members will testify!
Yes, I use it to top-up between injections, or if I know I'm going to be extra busy. It's very helpful to stop me flagging.
My husband has Alzheimer's and his B12 is on the low side, he also is type 2 diabetic taking metformin which tends to affect B12, doc. says his B12 ok even if low (the magic "In range", I have been adding Better You B12spray to his food and if I miss any there is an immediate decline in his cognition, so yes I would say spray helps
I hope it works for you, I'm waiting to have another blood test before trying it as I'm hoping my GP will give me injections first!
