I have hashimotos and recently increased to 100mg Levothyroxine. I am also taking magnesium, vitamin D, B12, Zinc, Selinium. I need to add folate and ferritin and wondered if anyone has brand recommendations and a certain order they take supplements in?
I also had a blood test for celiac and I am struggling to understand the result even after googling, I was just wondering if anyone could help with what the M result might mean.
Immunoglobulin A - 2.47 g/L (0.8- 2.8)
Immunoglobulin G 10.26 g/L (5.4 - 16.1)
Immunoglobulin M 2.08 g/L (0.5-1.9)
For M it says ‘above high reference limit’ but I can’t seem to find if that means I have celiac or it is just another autoimmune marker. Thanks for reading x

Thanks SlowDragon, that explains the confusion then because no one at my doctors surgery knows why I have got these results, who ordered them or what they mean 😂🤦♀️
If your immunoglobulin level is high, it might be caused by: Allergies. Chronic infections. An autoimmune disorder that makes your immune system overreact, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or celiac disease. Raised IGM is usually allergies, autoimmune responce or liver issues.
Thank you for your reply Sweeneythyca, I am not sure how I can find out which of those things has caused it. I think I will have to go back to the doctors as they didn’t seem to know what was going on either.
I would certainly want them to further investigate that, what a crazy world we live in that we have to be the detectives when it comes to medical stuff. After all the docs are the ones being paid, some of them should retrain.
